EBAN 10th Annual Congress (European Business Angels Network) that started after the opening speech of Minister of Industry and Trade; Nihat Ergün, EBAN President; Brigitte Baumann, METU Rector; Prof. Dr. Ahmet Acar was held in WOW Hotel, Istanbul on April 15th – 16th .
Istanbul hosted one of the most privileged congresses in the world on these days. EBAN 2010 Annual Congress gathered the greatest investment institutions and financial providers in Europe and provided a brainstorming. The 5th EBAN Awards found their owners in Gala Dinner held in The Marmara Esma Sultan Mansion on April 15th. Since “Business Angel” and “Business Angel Network” is a developing area in Turkey and still needs to bestudied especially on awareness creation and since the Congress aimed to contribute to the meaning of Business Angel and Business Angel Network in Turkey, Ms Berrin Benli who is the Co-Founder of NOVUSENS, participated to the Congress and tried to contribute to it through her one-to-one meetings with related individuals and organizations and institutions to be able to o improve the awareness about that subject in Turkey.
