2nd. Development Agencies Conference was held between 16-19 of April, 2014 in Gaziantep. The first conference was held in Erzurum 2 years ago in which the full staff of 26 Development Agencies, Ministry of Developement Regional Development General Directorate and Information Society Depatment, and all the relevant government organizations and NGOs attended just like this year. Mrs. Benli – Co-Founder of NOVUSENS- was invited as the panelist speaker from private industry where the subject of the panel was “The impact of ICT on Regional Development”. She discussed the role of the ICT on regional development by pointing out the project implementations that were priorly held and she suggested to re-design and execute those projects according to the current techology tools and infrastructure.
