“CANAKKALE ON MY MIND” SMART CITY TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVE WAS PRESENTED at 5th ABZ (SMART MUNICIPALITY SUMMIT) HELD in ISTANBUL on 19th of DECEMBER, 2018!
The Smart Cities Summit is a special event bringing together municipalities, concerned public institutions and private sector representatives in order to maximize utility from new tools and applications and especially technological developments in order to raise service standards. www.abz.com.tr/en
The summit was organized in Istanbul on 19-20 December 2018 fifth time with a wide participation by most of the members of Marmara Union of Municipalities and other stakeholders of Smart Cities. “Canakkale on My Mind” Smart City Transformation Initiative was presented in the 1st panel of the Summit. Benli shared the results of the 1st Phase and the 2nd Phase of the transformation initiative on behalf of Novusens and stated that the transformation model that Novusens uses in Canakkale can be applied to to all of the cities regardless of their scales.
“Action Plan Development in Smart Cities” workshop was attended by Novusens in the 2nd day of the Summit. Gezer who attended thw workshop stated that “Cities that utilize technology as a tool for its sustainability, workability and livability are smart; one should not think only at city level, it can also be at region, neighbourhood, campus or park level so on.“
