The Tour de Turquie roadshow conducted in south-east part of Turkey!
The main output of “Cycling for a Better City” Project) conducted in 2018-2019 in 2 phases with the support of Creative Industries Fund Netherlands has been the “Inclusive Bicycle Masterplan-design guidebook” prepared by Artgineering, Sustainable Solutions and Novusens using the city of Luleburgaz as an example.
The design guide book which emphasizes how to activate the full potential of cycling for the improvement of various aspects of urban development has been distributed during roadshow events in the three cities of Kahramanmaras, Adana and Mersin.
The collaboration with the Dutch Embassy in Turkey contributed to the objective of `Creating awareness on cycling and disseminating the know-how on hardware, software and orgware of the Inclusive Bicycle Masterplan / Designbook`.
Before the roadshow took place, the design guide book has been show-cased at events of the `Green Tales of the City` initiative of Dutch Embassy in Turkey.
