While the pace technological developments amazes everyone and changes their lives dramatically, they also have important reflections in national economies. Adapting to an ever complex, unpredictable and uncontrollable digital economy while maintaining competitiveness and sustainability is becoming increasingly harder. Although Turkey has become a middle-income country rather quickly, it has faced some challenges to become a high-income country for a longer time period. In this report prepared for TTGV, a model and a roadmap has been developed for facilitating and accelerating Turkey’s digital transformation.
